At Aakyro, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for eligible purchases within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must have been received damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise significantly different from the product description.

  • You must provide proof of purchase and any supporting documentation or photographs requested by our support team.

No Returns Accepted

Aakyro does not accept physical returns of merchandise.

Due to the nature of our fulfillment and logistics process, customers are not required to ship products back to us. Instead, eligible refund requests will be reviewed individually by our support team.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery.

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind after the product has been delivered.

  • Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier unless sufficient evidence suggests otherwise.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us process your request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the product and any damage or defects

Our team will review your claim and determine eligibility for a refund.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order appears lost or has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

Refunds for lost shipments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Chargebacks
